Lockdown Fitness Program with Lisa Genna

We are extremely excited to share with you a lockdown netball fitness program designed and coached by our very own senior netball coach and personal trainer Lisa Genna, featuring drills led by our Junior Coaches.

Lisa has designed this program exclusively for St Ives Netball Club members and the club strongly encourages all players to maintain their fitness and have fun doing these netball-focussed fitness activities.

We’re looking forward to seeing how many St Ives Netball Club players can get 100 points every week until we are back at the courts!
